With nearly 20 years of experience in IT, I’ve worked across both Managed Service Providers and in-house IT teams, supporting businesses of all sizes in fast-paced environments where there’s always something going on. I specialise in IT support, Microsoft 365, infrastructure and cyber security, with a calm, practical approach to problem solving, especially when things decide to break at the worst possible moment.
